当店で販売するすべての商品は、一点もののヴィンテージ輪島塗です。商品の性質上、以下のポリシーを設けています。
返品・返金について
原則として、返品・返金はお受けしておりません。ご購入前に商品説明・画像をよくご確認のうえ、お求めください。
例外対応
以下の場合は、到着後7日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。
・配送中の破損
・商品説明と著しく異なる状態であった場合
ご連絡の際は、商品の状態がわかる写真をお送りください。
注意事項
・経年変化（傷・色むら・艶の変化等）は商品の特性であり、返品・返金の理由にはなりません。
・関税・送料は返金対象外となります。

All items sold in our store are one-of-a-kind vintage Wajima lacquerware. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds as a general rule. Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
· The item was damaged during shipping
· The item significantly differs from its description
Please include photos showing the condition of the item.
Please Note
· Signs of age — scratches, color variation, changes in sheen — are inherent characteristics of vintage pieces and are not grounds for return or refund.
· Customs duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.
